Sometimes one can feel the presence of the past in a piece of jewellery, and this is one of those occasions. A rich 22ct Gold wedding band which has a full London hallmark for 1913 has been 'pimped up' with the addition of a hand cut Paste gem! A setting of 9ct yellow gold creates the setting to the stone, which is a paler more rosy hue, and what a super choice as a wedding ring! The maker's mark is for William Wilkinson of Skinner St & Clerkenwell Road, London. The band is 6mm wide and a ring size 'P' or US '7.5', and a very small amount of adjustment might be possible.
