An impressive vintage five row 'Harem' ring set with rows of sparkly white Topazes, Rubies and crafted in 14ct Gold (which is marked to the band '14K'). The story is that traditionally, rings with several bands attached with a bar and set with gemstones are called Harem or Turkish rings with their origin dating back to the Ottoman Empire, where it is believed Sultans would offer this piece of ring to their favourite. Rings such as this were made by traditional jewellers and could be bought in markets to present as a gift to your very own Sultana.
The ring tapers to the back and measures from12.80mm to 5.80mm. The ring size is an 'L and a half' or '5.75' and it's not possible to alter the size.
